Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is being used by more project owners.
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) is very collaborative and used on over 43% of projects by the ENR Top 400.
There is an accelerated use of prefabrication, multi-trade prefabrication, and offsite construction or modularization of large components of projects.

Technology innovation as it impacts project delivery is happening at an accelerated pace.

Autonomous construction equipment and driverless vehicles are here today and technology innovation typically doubles every couple years. Where will we be in 2025?
Virtual construction technology is improving every day with more and more collaborative capabilities as well as integration with artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in design and construction detailing.
Robotics, 3D printing, and other automation technologies will streamline prefabrication and field install.
